1. All refund, return, and exchange requests shall be entertained only if the product is subject to the following condition:

   A. No signs of seal break, no removal of tags and labels, No damage of any kind, is in saleable condition with the original receipt.

   B. Damage due to any neglect, wrong application, or improper usage will not be covered under the policy.

   C. Items will be eligible for exchange and return within 10 business days of product delivery.

2. Return and exchange requests will be proceeded after checking and vetting by the S&A team. On completion of the sound verification of the returned product, the exchanged product will be dispatched. Or, in case of refund, the customer will be issued a credit note worth the amount of purchase for the S&A store. The credit note will be valid on the next purchase with S&A within 6 months of the date of issue

3. Once your return and exchange requests are accepted by the S&A team, the process will be completed within 7 -21 business days.

4. No refund shall be made once the products are sold. No exchange and return on discounted items. Shipping charges are incurred free.

​

5. In case the customer has purchased an item that has a gift/offer associated with it and wishes to return the main item, then they will have to return the free product as well in its original packaging and with no damage.

​

6. There will be no return on the purchase of set boxes of 2, 4, and 6 slots. Clients can get the box exchanged only and if the desired product is not available. In such cases, a credit note can be issued which is valid for 6 months.

7. Savour and Aura will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input/details provided by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided for returns.
